I made this last weekend, but I just got to my camera/computer, so I'm posting up pics for you guys :) I moved the battery to the stock airbox location, this allows me to put a ram air vent on the grill and give me more room for the filter with less turns. What I plan to do next is to make a real isolation box so it only gets air from the vent, and make my tubing flexible 3" PVC so it will have smooth bends with no 90* bends. The black 90* you see in the photos is the SSDIESEL supply 90 provided with the "S" truck intake kit (waste of money!!) and the filter is also from SSDiesel... don't worry, the inner cap already flew off, and he replaced the filter with this one, made out of epoxy that is bonded INTO the filter material so that wont happen again. Take look, let me know what you think!!

This is the stock piece that supplies air to the fender well from behind the headlights, I cut it so it would ram air into the stock battery area.

I used a drill for the vent holes, I'll update it by sawzalling a nice big chunk out when i get the time.

Yes. I'm an idiot, first off, and bought the SS Diesel one when i was 18, new to the truck, and easily influenced by foolish claims. With that said, I think that this system has the potential to be a true upgrade from the stock.
