I took the Suburban on a 1400KM road trip with my daughters Roller Derby team to Montreal Quebec this weekend and I would say she ran fine...
It made the trip on less than a 160 Litre tank of Diesel.... But.. She was turning on the check engine light on the way home but did not stop the cruse from working... it would turn the light on if I held her at the same speed for a few minutes with the peddle as well.
So I connected GMTDscan and this is what she had to say.
34 Injector Timing stepper Motor Fault
78 Waist gate solinoid fault
84 accelerator postion circuit fault
99 accelerator position 2 (5 volt reference fault)
My IP is 14 months old
