Check engine light

I havent had a chance to scan it to get the codes i will try to do that later, but i have the glow plug mod that tricks the computer to think its -40, when i use that switch the check engine light stays off but as soon as i turn the switch off after it starts the light comes back on, i just recently install a resistor in my pmd, since when i got it it didnt have one and ive been driving it for like 6 months without a resistor any reason thanks

Ok the only code i got was 36, if i plug in my old pmd thats under the intake, the light goes off

If i remember right that dtc means injector pulse width to long, or to short

Can you still drive with the PMD that is not on the stock location with a code?

This particular code can be the only PMD code in the rare chance that PMD can code.

yes i can still drive it with the code, the guy i got the pmd from said that it set a code because their was no pmd, but i got the pmd, and unhooked the battery for about 1hr and 30 min. Ive also been told that the ecm lookes for the resistor every 50 starts, but i thought unhooking the batterys would solve it but it didnt.
