CDR on military engines

On civilian 6.5's the CDR sits on top of the passenger side valve cover. I have looked and looked but cannot figure out how the CDR is plumbed on military engines. No hole on the valve cover. Any insight from anyone here would be helpful.

Many of them pull pressure from the oil fill tube, it will have an extra port on there for it.
