Can't Display Some Icons

See, what had happened was...

Well, since I got this New Computer, I'm Noticing it won't Display some Icons. I get either the Box with the Red X in it, a Box with like a Cone, Square, and Ball in it, or like a Broken Picture Image.

What Plug-In do I need to Download or Setting do I need to Change to make it Display these things?
