Just a heads up for us state side that if you need to buy an EFILIVE VIN license in a hurrry, there is a GOOD chance your credit/debit card may not work. It turns out that many credit/debit card companies are now blocking international transactions, espescially those to New Zealand(where EFILIVE is based out of). So if you need one, DON'T wait until the last minute like I did and have to spend 20 minutes on the phone and pay a special transaction fee to get one.
