Can anybody post a pic of where theirs is located ? I have to install one in the CUCV this weekend. I believe IIRC it goes 2nd one back from front on drivers side.

You got it Kenny. My blazer's seems to be just about dead center on the driver's side. Just be careful of the cord. the cord comes out of the block heater side facing the back of the truck and has to do a 180* to get towards the front of the truck. Don't pull the cord too tight. My factory block heater cord was all cracked at that end and bare wire was sticking through. Just glad i never put power to it. When i reached for the cord the first time it came out in two pieces.

You should be able to mount the heat in there in any direction right? Atleast the one I got from GM you could

That's just how the one in mine was mounted. I wasn't about to move it because with my luck i'd ruin it. I just left a little bit of extra cord so it didn't pull so tight like the original cord did.
