Blend door issue

I have a 99 Suburban with dual heat and air, the problem I'm having is the front heat and air , front heat is cooler and air is warmer than the rear. I thought is was the actuator, but when I removed it I manually moved the blend door and realized that the sweep of the actuator was not going as far as the sweep of the blend door. I was wondering if there was an actuator with a wider sweep.

Yup- annoying to replace but not too expensive. Your half way there, just don’t try saving a couple dollars getting a cheap one- get the real one and you’ll be good for 20 years.
