Bio guys, I need a little help.....the sooner the better

Well, last night we mixed our first batch. All went well, but I ran into a problem this morning when I went out to check the mix. I noticed a shadow in the methanol vat. Upon inspection, I noticed that all of the KOH did not dissolve. The stuff we got was very fine and slipped right through the screen. I'm assuming we didn't wait long enough for it to dissolve either. My question is this.....................is the batch ruined, or can I blend what's left and remix? It's actually seperated reasonably well. The mix was completed last night at 9:45pm central time. Not sure if time is an issue at this point. Thanks in advance.

I would drain off the glycerin and carefully wash what you have then do a 27/3 test. Odds are you didn't fully process the oil and you'll have to do it over with a new titration to tell you how much lye you need now...JMO.
