I have a heavy truck, always 9300-10k, and my plow weighs 1000lbs,

I want the best heavy duty shock for the weight. With plow on, i weigh around 10,500 with the 1k plow hangin in the front.

SO.

Should I go with Billstein HD's, or KYB Monomax?

Or are they both the similar?

Or is it a Yellow or Red Preference :)

Maybe you can Mod the Firestone Level-Rite Air Over Shock System to Work on your Truck?

If Shocks from a '99+ Truck will Fit / Work on your Truck, then that Kit shouldn't be too Hard to make Work.

This sounds like a shock that levels?!?!?

What happens when my plow drops and the weight of the plow is on the ground, making the front end lose 1k lbs?

Yea, it really is a cool Design.

It's made for Trucks with Plows or anything else Heavy that Hangs off the Front End.

In all Honesty, I didn't notice a Difference at all when I had the Bilsteins on my Truck VS the OEM ones.

So maybe give KYB a shot?

I think I will. They are much cheaper, and I wasn't too unhappy last year with my unknown age/condition shocks that were on there.
