Thanks everyone. I fixed my problem. Malwarebytes Anti-malware was blocking the site, I just added Bill's page to the ignore list

Added to ignore list ??? you aren't keeping it there are you? or did you mean you unintentionally added it to ignore and it was being blocked after that?

His Blog has some pretty good information in it, and he told me of a new & improved web site soon to be rolled out with more & better info in it

Tim, I believe he says he puts Bill's blog address in the MalwareBytes ignore list, so this software which was considering Bill's page as a possible malware lair, will ignore the blog as a potential threat and allow access.
