Best place to get a new larger diameter crossover?

Warpspeed performance appears to be INOP, their website prices are wrong per phone call to them and they will not reply to emails asking for a hard quote. :WTF: No problem as I will shop elsewhere with someone that can keep their site up to date and will reply to an email.

So suggestions of other places that have a 1 piece crossover that is larger than stock w/o crush bends?

Heartthrob make a good one, but can't find a 'good' vendor for em that lists it as a part they stock or sell.

Larger than 2 1/2?

Flow master through summit was the best price for me. It is 2 1/2.

120.00 shipped with 3 in. D/P and2 1/2 C/O.

I have seen just the C/O for 59.00 on flea bay.

I just installed a Ashland muffler[ebay] crossover on my 94 K3500. It fit very well. Much larger tube than the 2 hearthrob crossovers I have on 2 other trucks

Flow master is one piece design if that matters to you.

Check out the kits on ebay, they come in 2.5" diameter with thick flanges and new bolts and donut gaskets. I do not like the felpro gaskets, as they go down to a smaller ID than other brand gaskets.

Thats the crossover i have installed on my truck. Good quality and pretty cheap

I think Ashland sells two types, the mandrel bent like BK got and a factory like one. Just like a $20 difference

Warpspeed is 63 + 12.50 shipping for the pipe or 73 + 12.50 shipping for the pipe and the bolt and gasket kit and that is a 2.5 inch pipe.Talked to them today.Web page shows 60 but the correct price is 63 or 73.

Mine is mandrel bent 1-piece with donuts and bolts. Looked to be identical to the warpspeed crossover on my other 94 This is the warpspeed crossover

That is why I always used GM ones. I found the same thing. Supposedly there is a different part # one that fits better. Eveyone I ever got from Auto parts worked but was too small.

The people at Warpspeed is probably just coming back from vacation like most people do at this time.

It is a 1 man operation and I know the guy (Dallas, not the city) is not the best person in following up with people.

Others must be on vacation too, because I dont see any of the kits that used to be on ebay. You can contact Ashlund about their mandrel bent ones, or seller ourdealsrock used have them too, although they do have the 4040XL mufflers I like.

I bought a 2.5" single piece mandrel bent crossover kit on ebay for like $84 total with gaskets and bolts. and it came with thick flanges. The only kit I see on Summit has a 2.25" crossover, and in a kit with downpipe that is $115 + shipping. So if you dont need both or want larger than stock then the Summit one is more cost, plus the cost of gaskets and bolts if you need it.

The problem with ebay is that they take like 10% of the sale price and then paypal takes 3%. But if they are a high volume seller I think they get some breaks from that.

The part that pisses me off is that if you want to sell on ebay(save for Ebay motors) you MUST accept paypal. Yeah I think you are right, the flowmaster is 2.25 but I personally don't see the benefit in going bigger than the ex manifolds themselves. I can say after buying like 4 kits, the pipes don't rust and I live in the rust belt.
