Best place to buy new injectors?

I bought a set of a gent on ebay that goes by the name "moneyslave".

They're Bosch injectors (India) and I suspect surplus as the boxes I received (Bosch OE boxes by the way) had NATO stock numbers (NSN) on them. They are the proper injectors for a 6.5 turbo diesel, it's stamped right on the injector bodies.

I was originally very cautious about the low purchase price and the fact he didn't accept paypal, but I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up at the door.

I've only had them in for about a month, but I'm very satisfied with them so far. The seller is also a good guy. He actually called me (first time that's ever happened for me on a eBay sale!) to see if they had arrived when he thought they were over due. No fault on the sellers part, he shipped promptly. Canada Customs did their usual shitty job and slowed things down to a crawl.

No doubt a couple "naysayers" will chime in here about them being "Made in India" injectors and not "Made in Germany".

But 250-ish bucks for eight MIL SPEC (yes gents, if they have an NSN, they meet MIL SPEC, don't even try to argue the point) OEM injectors delivered to my door it's a screamin' deal...even if I only get the 75-100,000 out of them.

In case you're wondering, they all pop tested between 2100-2200 psi and had excellent spray cones.

I did have to buy a separate installation kit (ie: copper washers, fuel hose, etc), but it was only another 25 bucks off ebay from another "accurate" vendor ;).....

A side bonus is that he is just selling them outright, no core return required. That enables me to buy some NOS Bosch injector nozzles and rebuild my original injectors to be ready for the next injector change.

That should only take about 20 years by the amount I drive and year.....

Thanks for sharing that info. I really appreciate this and the value of a dollar. This type of information IMO is why we join forums like this to help each other find the best value, not the highest cost one! Thanks again

X2 on what GW said about injectors from moneyslave. Shipped fast, great guy to deal with, very good product and no complaints.
