Well its that time of year where I have some free time, and I am adding lights and all kinds of crap. Where is the best place to put a fuse block and a block for relays? I noticed a nice spot right above the fuel filter area on the underneath/front of the rain tray. Is that OK or is there a better spot. I dont want wires running everywhere, I want it to ALL be centrally located.

Need to know what your running and from where? I've ran roll bar lights into an enclosed water tight box right under bed (each light was on seperate circuit/fuse) then ran out of that up the rails with 4ga wire to a ford started relay on the fender. Just make sure its watertight and easy to get to.

Thats the thing, I want it compatible with everything. Im going to run some heavy guage wire to a block, then T everything off there. I will be running, fogs, driving lights, back up lights, compressor, etc .. Do you have a pic of the ford piece, and what fuse box did you use. Was it for marine use?

No sorry I dont have any pics as it was bout 2 years ago. The relay is just an older style Ford started relay...you know the ones that are always mounted to the fenders on Fords. I believe I got the fuse box (more like strip) from NAPA and then mounted it inside of a weather tight (has rubber seal on lid and is gray) electrical box from Home Depot. Its just a double gang outlet box with a cover.
