Hey yall im putting on a BD S300 in the next few weeks on my LBZ. I have never takin off a turbo before on a dmax, only PSD's. what all do i need to unbolt from the turbo. yes i know the uppipes and intake but other than that im not sure..

up pipes intake, intake elbow dingy, downpipe, coolant lines, oil lines electrical connections, a few things need to be moved out of the way.

Have fun breaking those bolts loose.
 
Yeah, what he said^^^^^^

If the truck has any kind of hard mileage on it those bolts are gonna be extremely tight. The best way i've found is to use a pry bar on the wrench againt the side of the turbo. Clearance is limited so using the pry bargives you some extra leverage. Keep your knuckles out of the way.:beer:
