Backup issue

Bought myself a new "backup" storage center, the ix2 from Iomega. All setup, I can drag files to the storage area. I see it from all the computers on the network and I can log in form the network. I can see the backup area, the backup starts then fails after about 3.2GB. Anyone have one and know any tricks to make this work right?
 
I can't speak to that software package, but I'm rather found of Acronis Tue Image for a backup program. I just backed up a 150 gig netbook that has no restore disk and can have my way with it and not have any worries.
