Have i got questions lololo

OK i found a couple of in line fuses near the brake booster and some kind of solenoid, one fuse is 15 and the other one is a 25 clear one, it was blown so i replaced it no diff in the truck but i have 2 switches after the fact ones on the dash well no one lights up when i replaced the fuse, curious if anyone knows what it might be , and attached to the solenoid see picture is some kind of resistor , no idea what its for either, i am confused in a good way :)

Cheers
James
