Yesterday me and my dad went to go pick up a I beam. Its about a 30 miles one way trip. It was just me and him and the truck bed was empty. The temp gauge would get almost to 210. It always seems like it runs at around 180. One the way back we had about a 100lb I beam in the bed and it did the same. It would get close to 210 and slowly drop down then slowly back up.

I hauled about 8000lbs with it and kept a eye on the temp gauge and it never seemed out of normal.

Time to pull and clean the radiators? Was the fan coming on? How old is the fan clutch?

I have no idea about the fan clutch but the radiator is new, only about a year old and its still looks new, nice and clean.

If I order one for my truck are they all 180deg?

no. get the 190* for best operating temps. if rad fins are clean, fan clutch working right, temp should be 200, which is normal.

Pull the oil coolers away from the condenser for cleaning. There is a mat that builds up there. Yearly cleaning is a good idea.
