I'd say the biggest difference might be the harness connections and maybe a few other minor things like that, but essentially I'd say that they are probably the same.

You should have bought that. Worst case, you resell it or trade it. That was really cheap. Try not to hurt your knees, it can be pretty difficult kicking yourself in the ass.
