Alright, I have the euro headlight housings, the HID Kits for lo and hi, and the following All 4 on Hi harness kit:

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PRF-30802/

Couple questions:

1) Do I just need one (1) of the All 4 on Hi kits? My son reads the directions and thinks that I need one for each side.

2) How the heck do I accomplish this wiring? Do I install the HID kits first, then add the All 4 on Hi harness?

3) Still waiting for Matuva to post his flush mounting instructions on the headlight housings.

That kit simply adds in a relay which is triggered when you turn the high beams on and that one relay then powers the low beams. With HID bulbs I would reccomend going with 2 relays and running new wires to your HID's so they get full power all the time. I just got all of the stuff together over the weekend to do mine, so I'll try and do a short right up on it when I get time to go in and wire it up.

Please do post up, preferably Saturday so I can get mine done on Sunday.):h

Be aware though that having all four on with the high beams, unless the truck was factory equipped that way, is a violation of Federal law under FMVSS Section 108. In states with annual safety inspections this can sometimes cause an instant "fail".

Matuva already did his write up I think it's in the how to do it write up section . I'll see if I can find it.

I'd be in REAL trouble then as I wired mine so I can run with all 6 on, that's 2 projector fog lights with 55W HALOGENS, 2 projector low beams with 35W HID ZENON bulbs, AND 2 9011 HIR replacement bulbs in clear euro lenses. Let's just say I can throw the sunlight out at night if needs be.

It's entirely up to you what lights you use on your truck. I'm just giving folks a heads up as to what the law says, and what the nice LEO will put on the ticket.
