How do you get the hose from the radiator

A little more detail please.
If you mean you are trying to remove the hose off of the radiator and it is stuck to it after having removed the clamp: many times you have to use a razor knife and cut it linear then peal away the hose. Be careful to not pry like with a screwdriver, you can bend the crap out of the radiator spout.
