Anyone ever use their rebuilt injectors? Only $26.46 each when you buy a set of 8. They're in Boston. I may call them and see if they rebuild them in house or farm them out.

This has got to be the Chinese nozzles that last about 30K before failure. Mine (Chinese nozzles.) were sticking and resulted in hard 30 plus second air purging cranking times that blew several starters. Ever break a starter drive?

You are better off to leave your old worn out injectors in than to use Chinese or cheap injectors.

Otherwise get a good set rebuilt locally by a stanadyne shop or known quality from a good vendor.

0434250898 Bosch nozzles at RockAuto are $14.38 a piece...

They also offer re-mans for 26 and change. (A1 Cardone)

Complete new Bosch injectors are $40.79...

I chose option one and rebuilt them myself. $125 shipped for 8 nozzles, not bad a'tall.

I never even thought to DIY. Anyone have a link to a write up on the procedure? Thanks for the tip 3500.

Ehhhhh I've dealt with Associated Diesel. There right in Dorchester. Not a huge fan. They sold me a D-Tech PMD that had runaway problems out of the box, brought it right back and told me I must have dropped it or shorted it out. Obviously not the case. I'm not sold on them at all. Try Boston Fuel Injection in Charlestown Ma. Here's there info:
