99 Burb

march of 99 engine casting code is when the updates were IIRC, I would definitely want to check for sure, as I would think it would take more than 2 months to get the old ones flushed out since the burbs were being made in mexico by then, but I could be wrong.
 
Mine is the enhanced version built MAY 99 MEXICO and I have bought and sold a few more GMT 400's built the same month w/enhanced 6.5, the block casting has lots of extra material around the mounts and wherever other brackets or sensors go too.

Yea, that's an 8.6k however it maybe an 8.6k+ too w/L-65 the build date would be on the door plate.

The 8.6k+ has next to the highest rated torsion bars that any GMT400 even 1 ton would be fitted with like mine.
