97 C3500 no start

Well I was asking for trouble getting another one...
97 C3500 6.5 wont start. BRAND NEW batteries and glow plugs, cranks good and fast, dumps white smoke. Where do I start? Glow plug lights cycles threw like normal :mad2:

I am getting fuel when I open the T valve also

Trying to test them by myself. No luck. Im going to change the controller now

Wellp that fixed it. I was thinking if that controler was bad the wait to start light wouldnt come on. Strange it wont start without glow plugs on a 80 degree day... My 'ol 94 will no problem...
