97 6.5 engine wiring harness-accessory plugs differences vs 94 - 6.5 engine?

I'm replacing my 6.5td in my 94 truck with a 97 6.5td. Since the serpentine setup and AC and alternator are different on the 97 vs 94:

1)Are the plugs/pins to the accessory's different? If so how do I resolve problem? I do have the 97 engine harness.
2)Is there anything else on the 97 engine that will be a problem that I need to be aware of?

I'd think it would be more of a length issue as accessories are on different sides. Also AC plug might be different

Use the brackets and accessories from the 94 on the newer engine.

Can also make adaptor pig tails if needed.
