'95 C2500 ac fan switch

My ac/heat fan only runs on high. This just started. Since the fan runs I suspect that the problem is the reostat switch. Anybody delt with this?
 
From a quick google it looks like ADD is right, resistor issue. I would also check for the melted connection behind the glove box, if that is messed up it could be what's blown and continue to blow the resistor. At least I would guess it would.

The resistors have a thermal fuse on them. If the blower motor locks up or something jams it the resistors get hot and melt the fuse due to no cooling airflow. If the resistor pack is burned out plan on replacing the blower motor. Only if you find a reason for the motor jamming from a paper etc. can you say the motor isn't going bad and taking the resistors out.

The switch is troublesome on the 1995's. As above so is the two wire connector.
