94 K2500HD ECLB 6.5L 5spd 4wd in WA, $3000

Is that ad real? Why would the seller set the language as Afrikanns when it the vehicle is in WA . . .?

$3K for what looks like a parts truck? Aside from the missing window (as stated in the ad), does not look like it has batteries.

Am skeptical on the seller's statement of "Runs, drives. . ." as the dust on the steering wheel, serp belt, and shifter indicate that it sat next to a dirt road for a long time. And if the pics are correct, am stumped on how the thing is starting without batteries . . .
 
I suspect my truck once looked like that with all the dust on everything - no exaggeration. It has remnants of a VERY dusty childhood every time I remove a panel.
 
anyone know how to change the language? I think the problem is on my end, about every add I click on is in a foreign language
