88 suburban wipers

Guys,

my 88 suburbans window wipers have a intermittent on the handle, but it doesn’t work only High or Low no intermittent.
Wondering what is missing and what would be the part and where I might find one.

If I remember correctly, the stalk assembly needs replacement. At least on the cruise control units.

Boards where the connector goes in on the wiper motor are known to crack the solder joints. Not sure on OBS, but, the newer ones did. Take the cover off and rework the connector joints - may require the board to come out.
