I had new glow plugs and new marine injectors put in on 1-27-16 now when i start it form sitting for a couple day it sound like it's not firing on one cinder and it gray smoke out the pipe but when I shut it off and fire it back up it's fine what could be the problem? It has 116,000 miles

If you crawl under it, are there any fuel leaks? There could be a return line or injector body leak.

If injectors it would not "fix" by running warm IMO.

If you have a clamp on amp meter you could read the power going through each of the 8 wires to see the load is on all of them. No load= not working.

Shy of that, disconnect each wire and snug down the connector to ensure they have a good connection. After swapping sometimes you don't get a good connection.

Do you have an infared temp gun? Turn on the gp's and take reading right where the gp is screwed into the head. Compare all cylinders looking for the dead one(s).
