I solved the air in lines problem finally. I thought I had it solved with a new top return hose but I new that was too easy. It was that fuel filter cannister that I twisted and bumped a bit looking for fuel leaks. It must have sealed the o rings a bit very temporarilly. Well I replaced the bottom big one and the side very small one and then noticed that the fuel lines were shot too. The one under the intake was easy to get to with the filter cannister out of the way.

well now, it ran perfectly on sunday and monday, i just started it tuesday afternoon and it did and then stalled! seems like the same symptoms. the o rings were definitely leaking and the fuel lines were ragged and baked. i guess l'll do the bypass of the filter cannister and see what happens. It was really running good in all regards. I don't know how to paste...like it says...isn't this enough info?
