285/75r16 bfgoodrich ko2's on pyo rims. Will they fit on a 1995 k3500 without trimming or cranking torsion bars?

I ran that same size on a 01 and 06 2500HD with no problem. The torsion bars were cranked just a little bit.

Probably just need to do a bit of trimming on the piece of plastic that finishes the fender opening on the front, behind the bumper. I ran 285/55R18's on my Tahoe and had to do that.

I've had that exact setup on (3) 2500HDs and with the bars cranked a few turns all I had to do was a slight trim on the front air dam

I'd say 3-5 turns would do it. These trucks seem to all be set a little different or have worn their torsion bars out at different rates. I have a 3500 that can fit 285's with ease and another that would be tight both sitting at factory settings.

I haven't taken time to do a side by side comparison, but 235/85/16 is supposed to be the same as 265/75.16, which I do have. I have 4.11 gears, and my speedometer is almost dead on accurate with that combo.

They are close w/265 being slightly larger diameter. Go see the tire load data I recently posted in this forum for common tire fitment on the GMT400....

They're really close in height, but the narrower 235 tends to fit better, with less rubbing, and slightly better milage.
