2010 Front End Level

Dad is already wanting to put some bigger tires and raise the front up. Looking at 285/70/17 for the tires and raising the torsion bars. Some guy down at the tire place says his truck doesn't have torsion bars. The 2010 does in fact have them correct? Also, that is the biggest size for the NBS trucks correct?

I haven't physically seen the truck, but I will Friday.
