2002 Silverado 1/2 ton 4x4 Spindles: Will they work on a '99 K2500?

I'm at a wrecking yard and they have two of these trucks with spindle knuckles. 50% off today. The dual piston calipers look smaller than those in the Kasperian thread. Is there a difference in the spindle/knuckles? These have 3 bolt bearings.
