2001 Express-3500...Knkreb?

Theres no engine under the hood!

I use to have an 88 Chevy Van 20... Loved it. At least I could see the engine under the hood.

Hmm,,, I wonder what in the world that was origanlly set up for?? FBI, mobil heatquaters?, Homeland security? Swat? makes ya wonder.

they were used on a flight line. also used as mobile maintenance vehicles..... we also used one for K-9 and one for transporting 4 wheelers. they are a GP vehicle not a mobile headquarters.

That being said ..... I would never buy one..... not at that price...... it only has 12,000 miles. that means it was probably on a flight line and never driven over 30 mph and spent long hours idling. not to mention being abused by everybody that drove it. plus you can get one on a gov surplus auction site (same place this dealer got it) for about a grand or less.

Do you know the model designator for them M???

its not an "M". its a GSA... should have either a "G 10" plate or a GS plate... its been a while since I have driven a G ride. Same with the Tahoes that we had. they were all C1500 models (or what ever you call that version of a Tahoe/Suburban) 6.5 turbo diesel and we beat the crap out of them....... I wouldn't buy one unless it was a really good price and it was reasonably rust free.

modifications, modifications... If I had free time to do stuff I would... I hardly get a chance to get on here any more...

Thanks for thinking of me!
