2000 chevy 6.5 turbo diesel

Replaced turbo on diesel. Now can't get it to start. It's started 1 time for 15 sec. And won't start back. Nowa check gauge lightis on. Help...
 
What code is it?

Did you put rag ini take while swapping and forget to remove maybe?

Double check wiring back onto ip.

More info- is it ds4 or db2 ip?
Assuming cranking but not firing. What is crank speed?
Do You have a clear line on ip return to see fuel flow and if air system?
