1998 K2500 Suburban rear brakes

I'm starting the rear brakes Friday/tomorrow.
Rear axles seals, wheel cylinders and shoes.
Wish I had more time and money I'd go for discs.

Any advice or warnings before I tear into it?
 
Get spring kits for each side. I'd wait to see on new adjusters.
I don't see the need for rear discs unless you tow very heavy all the time. Money is much better spent on upgrading the front brakes[slotted cyro-treated rotors & premium pads]
 
X2 rears are pretty healthy in their own right when adjusted properly, I upgraded fronts then added disc to rear as I could afford them as one of my later modifications, but I'm towing BIG my burb is still stock for now and will probably just get front upgrades
