1996 F350 Computer wire harness

I am looking for a wire harness for a 1996 F350 7.3L turbo diesel (power stroke)
Some decided to steal the computer out of the truck and cut the wire harness, I can't seem to locate one anywhere.
Ford said it was obsolete and when I call any junk yard they seem to know that this is a hard part to find. Out of Idea's if anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.
