Please help. I have a 1995 chevy 6.5l turbo no egr motor. It will start and run fine for a few minutes then stays running but you push throttle moves like a turtle. If you put in park or nuetral sputters tons of blue/black smoke. Changed pmd no difference. Had injecter pump changed 12000 miles ago. Have code 88 about tdc timing. Will start right up tho evertime. Let sit 5mins runs fine for 5 then does same thing. Any ideas? Thanks

Blue smoke is timing. Air in fuel will mess up timing. Check fuel pressure (lift pump) at the water drain, check for water, gasoline smell by draining some fuel into a clear container and let sit 10 min. Run a clear line of the IP return to check for air bubbles.
