1994 k2500 diesel turbo 6.5 not charging

I have a 1994 k2500 diesel turbo pick up. for some reason it is not charging. It has 2 batteries. I have replaced the alternator 2 times.If I put the key in the on position before starting and the battery light is on when I start the vehicle the system charges, if it doesn't go on it the alternator does not charge. I am trying to find a wiring diagram for my vehicle. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
