1993 upper shock loose with bolt tight

One of those weird high mile wear out items. The upper front shock is loose even though the bolt it tight. Like the bolt hole in the frame mount has been beat/worn out. Shock rubber is good as the entire bolt moves.

Any fixes that don't involve welding? And if not what are the fixes?

I'd just weld a new plate in there for the bolt to ride on.

I'm sure you can buy shock mount tabs somewhere, just don't ask me where

Washer each side then weld washers to old mount,quick easy just my two cents

No welding? Ahh! Stud that is 2 different sizes- idk what they are called.
