Hey Guys Newbee here just trying to find out If I can used the rear diff out of a 96 suburban in my 1992 both are 2wd both are 3.42 ratios both are gas 5.7 trucks. Has anybody swapped these. I have the rear diff already out of the 96 as it was a truck that we are parting out so it doesnt cost me anything and I know its good. But before I wrench mine out I wanted to ask and see. I looked on car-part.com to get an idea of interchange and it is showing from 92-94 but I cant see a differance in the rear ends. Any input would be great. Thanks Jeff
