Did any one do a compression test on an 18-1 motor ? If so what was the psi? I got a compression tester, and want to check my 6.2,and see how much lower it is than 18-1. I guess stock is 400 psi?

I checked #1cyl it has 280 at 3 compression strokes and 325 max with more cranking. I ran the motor for a few minutes first.

I checked the Tahoe it has 450 @ 3 commpression strokes and 500 @ 5 strokes. Engine temp 130 degrees.

I checked the Tahoe compression,325 psi @3 compression strokes, and 350 psi max. This is with the pistons .035 in the hole. It smokes white a lot,and I can't seem to get the timing right. I estimated 18-1 but it seems like it's lower.

My 6.2 has 220 psi, with pistons shaved .090. This is less than my BBC that has 12.5-1.
