Been on the lookout for some take off rims to replace the stock steel rims on my '99 Burb. Tires have about 10K to 15K of life left on them.

Son found these 17" x 8" rims for $400 for the set:

Question is how they would do on my '99? Are they too big? Do they look too ghetto/urban for a truck I use to tow fishing boats and to offroad in?

Any and all comments appreciated.

Yeah, I did say they looked a little ghetto. Only thing missing was the spinners. Not familiar with chrome/moly wheels. I'm partial to the 16" forged Alcoas on my (son's) '95, but having a hard time finding them locally. Are the PYO's made by Alcoa?

How about these:

Says they're 16" x 6.5". Isn't the stock wheel width would be more like 8"?

Tried the old Craig's list route and found what I like fairly close:

My PY0s are made by Superior in Hungary. They are definitely (obnoxiously) narrow at 16x6.5, I wish they were 16x8s.
