I should be doing a thread this coming weekend or early next week on how to reset the pop pressure. My new injector tester and shims should be here by then. The ebay injectors are the same as turbo but with lower pop pressure.

[email protected] $.89 each. There is 24 different thickness shims. I bought a kit that has 12 of each thickness:thumbsup:
This guy deals with mercedes benz cars. The 6.5 stuff is new to him. The shims are the same as some mercedes bosch injectors.He's checking on a very high quality nozzles, made in germany, to see if they make them for our style injectors.:thumbsup: The word on the mercedes fourms is that the quality of bosch injectors has gone way down since they moved their injector mfg. to india.:nonod: The delphi injectors are made in italy.:thumbsup:

I have the 40 new injectors to reset and will be rebuilding well over 40 more I will be reusing the take outs. I may eventually run out of some sizes but it's a good start up amount in my eyes. With all the equipment and shims I will still have less than the price of 2 sets of injectors in 5 sets:thumbsup: Could be the start of a side business.:rolleyes5:
