Where's the best play to buy?

My local Ace Hardware didn't have one.

Nobody around here seems to have one.

I had to buy one when i installed my pyro gauge. I picked one up at the local Tru Value hardware store.

Jeff, if you can't get one let me know I can get you one.

Thanks!

I'm going out of town tomorrow, so if I can't find one anywhere there. I will be getting in touch. It's for my buddies Cummins. We lack the EGT and Trans Temp from have it complete on the gauge install.

This is the correct bit right?

Most of the hardware stores around here have them. Make sure you don't run it in all the way. I made that mistake the first time I used a pipe thread tap.

^^^exactly. RUn it in a little. Then test fit the piece your threading in. then tap more if necessary.

And take it slow, they will break. If you hear a creak STOP, and back it out.

Youll also need the special drill bit but theyre hard to find so use a 21/64 or 11/32. 21/64 is a little under, 11/32 is a little over.

All the local hardware stores around here have one. The bit in the pick look slike a pipe thread tap
