My husband is in the process of "building" a truck using another truck for parts. He recently changed out the switch control for the heater. He was only getting the blower to work on the highest setting. I went on the forums for info...in the meantime, he has replaced the blower motor and resister. has checked all obvious fuses and relays. I also read something about the ignition switch possibly being involved and he did have a problem with it a few days ago. Im hearing about grounds and burned out wires ect. Where does he start?

Hello Vicki.
Welcome to the forum.
I am not familiar with this system, maybe someone will come along tat might know.
You could have Him check the resisitors with a multimeter set on the ohms scales.

I thought You would get more responses.
I just do not know enough about tese new systems to even make a guess at what is going on with You HVAC system.
I wonder if there would be a relay for lower blower speeds and another for full speed.
You might check the under hood fuse/relay compartment to see if that would be the case.

I sent You a PM, You might have to have several more posts to see it.
Check it out, if You can not see it then get to posting away, usually with most forums it takes about five to ten posts.
