Is the Clearance for this Higher or Lower than the OEM Bumper?

its higher.... we made sure of that.... if you took the plastic off the bottom of your stock bumper, you would then have the clearance of this one

Yea, I wanna lower my Truck, 3/3 so I just wanted to make sure.
It's gonna be pretty Scary Looking. Lowered, with these Bumpers Front & Back. Gonna be a Battering Ram on Wheels.
