ac voltage is 1.2 to 1.4 while cranking, unplugged cps, even installed a new one. The position of the ip is very similar and the pin is in the eliptical hole. But still no hi pressure fuel from rear of pump
Ok.... finally got new pump and now have a/c voltage from pin b and pump ground. But still no high pressure fuel from rear of pump. I have to be missing something. I have good supply and return is clean. Any Ideas ?
I ran through Buddy's no start diagnostic test and I have no a/c voltage from pmd connector b when cranking. All my other voltages are right on specs. I ohm tested b to f and have .5 ohms resistance. as per testing I am going to try a new PMD

I have fantastic grounds. I am able to interface with pcm and rear all data. I pulled the intake off before i went home and plan to pin out the ip. I also took filter housing apart to make sure no gunk or screen stoppage. Will my ip fire fuel to the injectors if the crank sensor is open. It's...
After looking at your picture I can see that is a 6 connector for the top of the ip at the optical sensor Mine has no jumper wire or filter harness there. The connector comes right out of the loom and to the sensor
I have removed and cleaned all grounds. As for the filter, I dont see anything on the plug end or on the ip end. Which would it be on. Is it across 2 wires ?
Forgot to say we had ip sent to local pump shop. They tested it and said it was worn out but probably not the issue. We elected to get a new pump which comes with new module, sensors and switches. I still have no fuel to injectors. Plenty in but nothing out
