    Newbie with an new 08 LMM

    GM recommends Stanadyne anyway. I use the Lubricity Formula and the Amsoil Cetane Booster. I just want to make sure I have quality fuel.

    I like that it is very quite. Going from the LB7 to the LMM was a definite change. The added stock horse power and 6th gear are nice. The fuel mileage is far from adequate. My LB7 lifted with 35's got better mileage than this stock truck. The darn ECM remembering your tune info is a pain...

    I know some guys say you shouldnt change it, but at least check it. There had been a real problem with the differential having only 2 or 3 quarts of fluid from the factory when it should have nearly 4. I changed mine out to Mobil 1 synthetic at 500 miles.     I switched over to Mobil 1 at 500 miles. The factory stuff stinks bad. I also had slivers of metal on the plug/magnet too. Glad to get the crap out early.
