Ended up being a stuck timing stepper motor on the ip. Changed it out and the engine is nice a quiet.

Yes the rubber looks good, no cracks. The fan spins with no noise. I spun the pully and accessories and found nothing. When I wiggle the loose rocker arms they are moving side to side not up and down. I'll be taking off the torque converter cover next to look at the flex plate.

I'm sorry for the late response as a haven't felt good enough to take on this project till now. I took off the valve cover and all of the rocker arms but 2 where loose like in this video. Is this the possible noise I'm hearing?

Posted a longer video. It sounds like it's coming from the valve covers and under the truck. It is much louder than the video. Almost need earplugs to get near it with the hood open.
